The way certificates could be downloaded in past has been changed. And I had to struggle a bit to find out the correct way of doing it. In someone is interested, here’s the way to do it. Enjoy ?
Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users and sign in.
Under certificate, select the certificate you want to download and click on the option to view the details as shown:
Now click on the Print option:
On the same page, you should now be able to print/download the certificate.

You need to visit https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users and sign in with your Microsoft account. Once logged in, you'll have access to your certifications and certificates from this central location.
After signing in, click on the Certifications option in the left menu. Under the certificate section, you can select the specific certificate you want to download and click on the option to view its details.
Once you're viewing the certificate details, look for and click on the Print option. This will allow you to proceed with downloading or printing your certificate.
You can both print and download the certificate. After clicking the Print option on the certificate details page, you'll have the ability to either print it directly or download it as a file, depending on your preference.
